GKFrench reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. In case of cancellation, students are entitled to full tuition refund or full credit for future class (valid for one year).

GKFrench welcomes and promotes diversity; it is much more than categories of persons, as we value and respect all participants and perspectives. This will continue to drive our success.
As part of the community, we each have a role to play in providing a positive learning environment. Participants who fail to respect inclusion and diversity will be removed from the course.
GKFrench will make sure that all students feel comfortable and enjoy their learning experience. If ones has specific needs, please let us know and we will do our best to meet requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

Registration

To register for a course, students must pay the full course fee using any accredited payment method through our secure payment.
All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course.
As soon as payment is received, GKFrench will issued a confirmation message.

No refund or credit will be granted after the start of the course.
For private tutoring and group courses, if cancelation occurs less than 24 hours (one business day) before the class or no show, the scheduled appointment will be charged fully.
Cancellation or change of schedule must be submitted via email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class.
Private hours don't expire, however, they are not transferable or refundable to another student.
